Natural Products for a Healthy Life!
Since 1995!
An Emu is a prehistoric bird native to Australia that provided the Aborigines with food, clothing, shelter, and healing. They are the second largest bird in the world with other flightless relatives like the ostrich, rhea, and cassowary. An Emu stands 5 to 6 feet tall and can weigh up to 130 pounds. Emu eggs come in various shades of green, some eggs are smooth, and some are porous, often varying in size and shape.

The Emu continues to be a natural resource of food, clothing, and healing. They are valued for many healthy, unique products that the world needs including eggs, meat, oil, leather, feathers, fertilizer and more. The bird is wholly usable.

Research

It doesn't matter if the Australian Aborigine has been using emu oil for centuries to heal skin conditions or ease arthritis, nor does it matter that thousands of people across the United States or millions world wide use emu oil to treat skin conditions, ease joint pain or reduce cholesterol levels.  We cannot make medical claims without medical research.

This library is certainly not "complete", there is scientific  research going on in several countries around the world, including Canada, Russia, Japan, Australia and the United States.  The American Emu Association has several papers available on their website for purchase.
